1. Refunds & Returns
Items sold are not refundable. All food and beverage items are not returnable due to the product’s nature & hygiene reason. 

For any orders that are incomplete, incorrect or damaged, kindly contact our Customer Service Team. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Details and proof of purchase (online receipt or Order ID) must be presented to our Customer Service Team upon inquiry for further assistance.

2. Shipping
In case of any returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
